How quickly we reply
- Order problems — within 2 working days, usually sooner.
- A file that did not arrive — email us and we will resend it the same day. Check your spam folder first.
- A QR code that will not load — tell us which code and which case, and we will email you the media directly.
- Everything else — within 2 working days.
Playing a case and stuck?
The answer key for your case is linked in your order email and on the last page of the file. If you have lost it, email us with your order reference and we will send it again. We will not spoil a case for you unless you specifically ask us to.
